3. Government Museum of Puducherry

Situated on Saint Louis Street, this museum is open every day except Monday. The public visiting hours are between 10 am-5 pm. This museum is situated in the former Law Building. Moreover, in this museum, you will also be finding a very rare collection of bronzes and even stone sculptures from the Pallava and Chola dynasties.

By Air

Located 5km away, Puducherry airport is the nearest airport to serenity beach if you are planning to arrive here by air. You may hire a cab from the airport that will take not more than 15 minutes to take you to the beach. There are regular flights to Puducherry from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru that are run by airlines like Vistara, Air India, GoAir, Indigo, AirAsia, and SpiceJet. 

By Train

Villupuram Junction railway station is the nearest to Serenity beach. The junction is located at a distance of 42km from the beach, and it witnesses the arrival and departure of trains from major cities of the country like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru. From the station, you will either have to take a taxi or any other means of public transportation to reach your destination.
