New Year is the time when everyone looks forward to having loads of fun amid perpetually flowing wine, happiness and boundless ecstasy. While some spend the new beginnings with a bash, others celebrate the same in a more simpler manner and the Hilltop New Year's Eve party is just for the former.
Although a global event, New Year’s Eve has its own charm in India. And when it comes to NYE fun, we all know that Goa is the place to be as new year parties in Goa are all about music, food and a lot of liquor.
