National Tourism Policy To Be Introduced In India Soon 

As per G Kishan Reddy, the Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Development of the North Eastern Region, discussions on the proposed National Tourism Policy are progressing. With this, a mobile app for e-tourist visas, direct air connectivity with significant overseas markets, special tourism zones, categorisation of tourist destinations, and the establishment of five missions are all included in the draft national policy.

Museum Of Harappan Culture Is Ready To Be Introduced In Haryana

The world's largest museum of Harappan civilization is planned to open in Haryana's Rakhigarhi village. Rakhigarhi Village is a recognised archaeological site from the Indus Valley civilisation period, and this museum will now exhibit artefacts dating back to the Indus Valley civilisation period. Haryana Chief Minister Mohan Lal Khattar oversees the scenario and has directed ASI to expedite the ongoing construction work.

Japan intends to reinstate visa-free tourist travel for all short-term visitors beginning in October. Initially, travellers were required to book guided tours to secure a visa to enter the nation. The scenario is shifting with the abolition of the daily admission restriction entirely by October.

10 Trains To Be Launched For Pilgrimage in MP From September Onwards

Madhya Pradesh's state government has agreed to establish the Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan Yojana on January 1, 2023, under which all senior citizens in the state would be able to make pilgrimages by plane. According to Usha Thakur, Minister of Tourism and Culture, ten trains will be unveiled on September 17th, which coincides with  Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday.

United Airlines and Emirates Have Inked a Codeshare Agreement

The US Carrier United Airlines and the Emirates of Dubai will establish a codeshare arrangement this year. Given the rising demand for air travel, United Airlines said it would launch a direct flight between Newark/New York and Dubai beginning in March. Customers may now schedule these connecting flights as a single ticket.
