Permission needs to be granted while visiting Chang La Pass

Chang La Pass is sited close to Pangong Lake, an inner line permit is required while visiting the restricted zone so apply for ILP (inner line permit) online. You would need ID proof like an Aadhar card, Voter ID, or Driving License.

Thiksey Monastery
