Goa, a coastal state located on the western coast of India, has a tropical monsoon climate.

Winter (November to February): This is the peak tourist season in Goa. The weather during these months is pleasantly cool and dry, with average temperatures ranging from 20°C (68°F) to 30°C (86°F). It's an ideal time for outdoor activities, beach visits, and exploring the region.

Pre-Monsoon (March to May): During this period, temperatures begin to rise, and the humidity increases. It can get quite warm, with daytime temperatures often exceeding 35°C (95°F). The sea is warm and comfortable for swimming.

Monsoon (June to September): Goa experiences heavy rainfall during the monsoon season. The region is lush and green during this time, but outdoor activities can be limited due to the rain. Humidity is high, and flooding can occur in some areas. Tourist numbers are lower during the monsoon.

Post-Monsoon (October): After the monsoon season, Goa starts to dry out. October is a transition month with decreasing rainfall, and the landscape becomes vibrant with fresh greenery. The weather is relatively more comfortable than during the peak monsoon months.
