Best Travel Itinerary For Places to Visit in Singapore

Hello! Perfect Itinerary to Singapore, Goodbye FOMO!

Singapore is a dream holiday destination, and anyone who visits the country to live this dream wishes to explore every popular destination, but FOMO follows! When it comes to Singapore, it’s difficult to fit all the landmark destinations in an itinerary because Singapore has a long list of surreal destinations to explore. Here we have created a perfect itinerary that you can consider without missing out on the much-loved places and things to do in Singapore.

Let’s get started with a 5-day Trip to Places to Visit in Singapore

DAY 1 - Singapore Zoo and Night Safari

Head out to have a blast at the start by indulging yourself in some wild ventures! Visit Singapore Zoo to meet some friendly, noisy, deadly, cute, and not-so-cute animals in their natural habitat. Animals like Orangutan, White-Faced Saki Monkey, Two-toed Sloth, Golden Lion Tamarin, Black and White Ruffed Lemur and birds like Nicobar Pigeon, Pied Imperial Pigeon, Red Lory, and Zebra Dove call the zoo their home, and you are welcome here!

Another interesting activity to be a part of is opting for a globally renowned Night Safari. You can opt for an elephant safari or a tram ride to seek wild animals in the moonlight and may also enjoy the night show at the zoo.

DAY 2 - Garden by the Bay & Merlion Park

After the wild encounters and an adventurous night, it’s time to explore nature and its surreal sites at the Garden by the Bay. This nature park is amongst Singapore's famous places and is a lush green complex comprising unique species of flora and modern structures in artistic plant shapes. Cloud Forest, Flower Dome, Supertree Grove, and Floral Fantasy are the major attractions inside the complex featuring different themes and structures.

Besides enriching your knowledge about unique species of flora, you can gaze at the surreal beauty of the garden or may spend some time quietly in its tranquil ambiance.

Merlion Park is an iconic and must-visit tourist destination in Singapore. A selfie with the mythical statue of a half-lion and half-fish statue will complete your trip! After exploring both the places, you can check-in to cafes in the neighborhood to relish some tempting Singaporean dishes.

DAY 3 - Sentosa Island

Get ready for a busy day on Sentosa Island. The island has many tourist attractions built by the Singapore Tourism Association such as S.E.A Aquarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark, and Butterfly Park, and the Insect Kingdom. At the S.E.A aquarium, you can witness many aquatic animals like species of sharks and dolphins, along with clownfish, seahorse, Giant Pacific Octopus, and Reef Manta Ray. Walking the sea bed, diving, and dining are the other fun activities that you can be a part of.

Adventure Cove waterpark is another must-visit destination, where you can enjoy high-speed water slides, rides, snorkeling, and more. Some fascinating butterflies and insects are waiting to greet you at Butterfly Park. Major attractions at the park include a butterfly aviary, an insect museum, and a tortoise point. Keep the camera on standby to capture the sight of some butterflies.

DAY 4 - Clarke Quay

A place that was once a busy trading port is now a trending tourist destination in Singapore, it’s none other than Clarke Quay! This riverside quay has some of the finest restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy an alfresco meal amidst twilight. You can also enjoy a cruise ride or dance the night away at the vibrant nightclubs around the quay.

DAY 5 - Singapore City

If you have been waiting in the wings to get on the iconic Singapore Flyer, then it’s time to do so! Singapore flyer is an observation wheel, from where you can enjoy the breath-taking bird’s eye view of Marina Bay, Singapore River, Merlion Park, and Raffles Park. Located close to the Singapore Flyer is Orchard Road, a shopper’s paradise! You will find all the global to local fashion labels here, so shop your heart out. And if you are looking for a serene place, then the Botanic Garden is the place to be.

The garden is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most admired Singapore tourist places featuring an Ethnobotany Garden, which accommodates over 300 species of plants, a National Orchid Garden, and a Jacob Ballas Children Garden.
