Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport.
Quarantine:
Home quarantine is suggested for passengers travelling by railways if they are discharged from any institutional quarantine; if they asymptomatic; if they are arriving from low to high-risk regions; if they are coming from any high-risk region and they have tested negative after completing 7 days of institutional quarantine.
14 days of home quarantine is mandatory for passengers released from hospital, care or home institutional quarantine centres.
Passenger Obligation:
RT-PCR test report is not required to enter the state.
All arriving passengers should register on website -spandana.ap.gov.in before buying the ticket.
All passengers must have AarogyaSetu app on their phone.
No restriction for interstate or intrastate travel for passengers travelling by road.
3. Assam:-
Health Screening:
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport.
All passengers coming to Assam have to go through Antigen Test.
Exemption against on arrival testing for all the passengers travelling intra- Assam and other North East states.
Quarantine:
Mandatory 7 days home quarantine for all even if the test is negative
Mandatory 14 days quarantine (7 days home quarantine + 7 days institutional quarantine) for all people travelling by railways.
Exemption against the home quarantine on arrival on the airport for Government officials and passengers travelling because of any medical reason.
Passenger Obligation:
All arriving passengers from Mumbai and Bengaluru will have to carry negative RT-PCR report.
If passengers are found positive under RAT test, then the passengers will have to undergo home
quarantine or get admitted to the hospital as per the medical condition.
If the test is found to negative, the passengers will have to undergo 2nd test i.e. RT-PCR test the cost
of which shall be borne by the passenger.
Passengers who are arriving from Mumbai and Bengaluru:
- Carry RT-PCR test conducted within 72 hours
- The RT PCR test will be verified.
- Take RT-PCR test at airport if not carrying test reports
- If positive- shift to the home isolation/hospital
Wearing mask and maintaining social distancing is compulsory for all the travelers.

If passenger is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, then he/she can get tested at any of the designated
hospitals.
If the passenger’s test result is positive, the passenger will undergo hospitalization or isolation. And if it is negative, the passenger shall stay in home quarantine till the result is declared.
No restriction for passengers travelling interstate by road.
Exemptions From Quarantine for the following asymptomatic passengers travelling by railways:
- Pregnant Women
- Passenger elder than 75 years
- Person arrived to attend funeral of immediate relation
- Officials of multilateral funding agencies/ foreign dignitary/ diplomats belonging to any embassy.
4. Bihar:-
Health Screening:
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport and railway station.
Passengers arriving to Patna from Kerala, Punjab, and Maharashtra need to carry RT-PCR negative test report, not older than 72 hours to departure.
And passengers arriving at Gaya from Kerala, New Delhi, Punjab, and Maharashtra need to carry an RT- PCR test report, not older than 72 hours before the departure.
For all other states, passengers doesn’t require to carry RT-PCR report.
For all other states, passengers doesn’t require to carry RT-PCR report.
Random rapid Antigen test will be performed for passengers travelling from other states.
Quarantine:
No quarantine for domestic travelers.
Passengers from Punjab, Kerala, and Maharashtra will have to undergo 10 days quarantine.
Passenger Obligation:
People arriving from/to airports, bus terminals, and railways stations will be allowed to travel without any e-Pass with valid tickets.
Any other intra and inter-state movement of traveller vehicles is allowed.
5. Chandigarh:-
Health Screening:
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport.
Quarantine:
No quarantine for domestic travelers.
Passenger Obligation:
Either a negative RT-PCR report is mandatory for all the passengers arriving in the state that should be issued within 72 hrs of arrival or a vaccination certification (of at least 1 dose) which is over 2 weeks old should be held by the passengers.
Health declaration form has to be filled upon arrival.
All passengers must register on COVA Punjab App before their departure
Symptomatic passengers will be sent to institutional quarantine for test.
All passengers must have AarogyaSetu app on their phone.
6. Chattisgarh:-
Health Screening:
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport and railway station.
RT-PCR negative report is mandatory for all conducted within 96 hrs of departure or a vaccination certificate of both the doses should be held.
Quarantine:
Asymptomatic domestic travellers need not quarantine.
Passenger Obligation:
Children below 12 years need not to quarantine or test on arrival.

7. Delhi:-
Health Screening:
Thermal screening will be done for all the passengers arriving in Delhi.
Quarantine:
Passengers who will found positive on test at the airport must quarantine at home or hospital for 10 days.
No RT-PCR test is required to enter Delhi.

All passengers must download Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phone.
Random covid test are being done at the airport. Those who tested positive must quarantine for 10 days.
Random COVID test are being done for those also who are arriving by cabs and trains.
8. Goa:-

Passengers must carry a negative RT-PCR certificate to travel to Goa. The sample must be taken within 72 hours before arrival.
Tourists who are vaccinated (both dosages) are allowed to travel to Goa.
Maintaining social distancing and wearing mask in public is mandatory for all.
9. Gujarat:-
Health Screening:
1. Ahmedabad
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport
Symptomatic passengers will have to undergo RT-PCR test on arrival at their own cost.
2. Surat
Thermal screening will undergo at the border for all the people arriving through road from neighboring cities including Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
Arriving passengers must carry negative RT-PCR test report not older than 72 hrs before departure.
Passengers who are arriving through other airports need not required to carry RT-PCR report.
Children below 12 years will be exempted
Quarantine:
None
Passenger Obligation:
All passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their phone.
Passngers who don’t have a negative RT-PCR test report can get the test done at the airport at their own expense.
The passengers will have to wait for the result at the airport only.
Negative RT-PCR certificate not older than 72 hours before departure from an ICMR approved lab is required by passengers coming to Surat from outside of the state by road.
In Sedan Vehicle, 3+1 passengers are allowed to travel and in SUV 4+1 passenger.

10. Haryana:-
Health Screening:
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport.
Covid test is not required.
Quarantine:
No quarantine.

All passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their phone.
Restrictions removed from intrastate travel by road and interstate travel via bus.
International travelers must check the state website to check the latest guidelines.
11. Himachal Pradesh:-
Health Screening:
Covid test isn’t required to enter the state
RT-PCR test report is not needed to enter the state.
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport.
Within the State:
Only 2+1 passengers will be allowed arriving through Sedan and 3+! Will be allowed through SUVs.
Quarantine:
No quarantine for domestic travelers.
Passenger Obligation:
All passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their phone.
Travelers with valid e-pass are allowed to travel during lockdown
Anyone traveling to/from airport, railways station or cab must have valid tickets to show whenever asked by the authorized person.
12. Jammu Kashmir:-
Guidelines for Domestic Travel by Air:
Travellers landing in Jammu and Kashmir will be subjected to Covid19 antigen testing using the RT-PCR technique or a Rapid Antigen test.
Till a negative result is achieved, travellers must get quarantined at residence for 14 days. Travellers must fill out an ICMR medical form upon landing.
No symptoms Business travellers with a verified return ticket verified hotel reservation. Their corporate ID will be excluded from isolation and allowed to continue their hotel from the airline after passing the Covid-19 check.
Employees of the Defence and security and Central Armed Police going back on the job, along with transportation workers recruited by BRO to go to Ladakh, will be excluded from Covid-19 antigas (Antigen testing)
Guidelines for Domestic Travel by Road:
Within State – Corona the lockdown has to get extended across the region till June 15.
People are travelling from outside the State- According to the most recent guidelines published by the state administration; there are no restrictions on interstate travel.
Antigen tests are getting done at the border.
Guidelines for Domestic Travel by Railways:
On landing, all travellers will have RT-PCR examined. If the results are negative, all travellers will put in compulsory isolation.
13. Jharkhand:-
Guidelines for Domestic Travel by Air:
Travellers from Maharashtra, Kerala, and within the State: - Punjab will need a negative RTPCR/RAT test from an ICMR-accredited laboratory completed within the past 72 hours.
People who do not have a covid negative report will get tested at the airports; all travellers will quarantine for seven days.
For only GAYA: Travelers from Madhya Pradesh, Delhi & NCR, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Kerala, and Punjab must show a Vaccination Certificate/RT-PCR/RAT negative report.
The possibilities for a certified RAT/RT-PCR report/Vaccination certificate are as follows: - Antigen Test in less than 24 hours. - RT-PCR results in 72 hours. - 14-day proof of both COVID vaccine dosages.
Quarantine:
Passengers must undergo mandatory 7-day home quarantine upon arrival.
Exemption from quarantine:
- Those having return ticket within 72 hours
- Those are passing through Jharkhand
- Govt. officials on duty
- Airline Personnel
Passenger Obligation:
All passengers must register on the state govt. website of Jharkhand.
All passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their phone.
Travelers must self-monitor their health for 14 days.
E-pass is mandatory for inter-district and inter-state movements.

14. Karnataka:-
It is essential for people with COVID -19 signs to possess RT-PCR Negative Test Results.
Within State - There will be no transit of publicly or privately busses or passenger cars unless officially authorized. - According to Updated Guidelines issued on June 3, 2021, Prior Dated Rules will be in effect beginning at 6 a.m. on June 7, 2021, and continuing until 6 a.m. on June 14, 2021.
Travellers arriving from outside of the State: - Inter-state transportation of passenger cars is authorized only in instances of emergency or until June 14, 2021.
Travellers arriving from Maharashtra, Punjab, and Kerala must display a negative RT-PCR test no more than 72 hours old.
For short-term travellers: kids under the age of two, passengers arriving for death rituals, legislative officials, and medical practitioners will be excluded from offering a negative RTPCR certificate.
15. Kerela:-
Evidence of a negative RT-PCR test conducted within 72 hours of travel required for passengers from other states. RTPCR screening may be performed at the airline for landings at Calicut. Travellers must pay for the check and stay in paid or home isolation until the reports are released. Nonetheless, a negative COVID -19 diagnosis is unnecessary for any individual (even delivery vehicles) to travel inside Kerala.
All healthy travellers will get quarantined at home for 14 days.
Travellers entering Kerala for fewer than seven days are free from travelling if they get an entry permit through the Jagratha site https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/home/short Trip.
All travellers travelling in Kerala should have a legal e - pass upon entering their information in the State's COVID site; otherwise, the traveller would get denied departure from the airport: http://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/home/add/ Pass for medical emergency.
Inside the State: a statewide shutdown is in effect until June 16, 2021, to combat an increase in coronavirus infections. People travelling from outside of the State.
It is necessary to register on the Jagrada portal. - The RT PCR test must be performed within 48 hours after arrival in Kerala. If not, they must continue to self-quarantine until the RT PCR problem gets resolved. - If they refuse RT PCR, they will be isolated in a room for 14 days.
Alongside their train ticket, all travellers must present their RT-PCR negative Covid certification mark. - Visitors who arrive without a negative RT-PCR test will turn it over to government health officials.
11. Ladakh:-
Thermal screening upon landing - All healthy travellers will be released from isolation provided they have a Covid-19 negative report produced by an ICMR-authorized laboratory within 48 hours of landing.
Most other travellers will be subjected to 7-day obligatory home isolation.
Employees should travel in Ladakh via supplier(s) or work agency and will be free from isolation provided they also have a Covid19 negative certificate produced by an ICMR-authorized laboratory within 48 hours of landing. If individuals do not have that result, they will subject to 7-day institutional isolation accompanied by a Covid-19 check.
Defence personnel and Central Armed Police get excluded from the above requirements.
17. Madhya Pradesh:-
For planes landing in Indore via Maharashtra, a negative RT-PCR result no later then 48 hours would be required.
Individuals arriving at Indore Airlines who do not have an RT - PCR test report would be checked. - A negative RT-PCR result, no more than 72 hours old, would be required for planes landing in Bhopal from Maharashtra. Travellers who do not have an RTPCR check list will be subjected to mandatory testing at Bhopal Airlines; all healthy travellers will be excluded from isolation.
Inside the State - According to the most recent guidelines provided by the state administration, there are no restrictions on inter - state travel.
People travelling from outside the State - According to the most recent guidelines provided by the state administration, there are no restrictions on interstate travel.
All travellers must spend 14 days in institution isolation (as of 2020).
18. Manipur:-
Thermal testing gets performed upon landing.
Every traveller must submit a negative RAT/RT-PCR/True Nat/CB-NAATCOVID-19 test result obtained within 72 hours of entry.
19. Maharashtra (Latest Guidelines):-
Travellers must show a negative RT-PCR result obtained no sooner than 48 hours before arriving. Travellers who do not have a negative RT-PCR report will get denied boarding. Travel travellers from Delhi to Nagpur must have an RT-PCR negative Report no more than 72 hours old.
All travellers intending to remain in Maharashtra for seven days orless than are free from compulsory isolation.
To obtain exclusion from home isolation, travellers must make a request digitally at https://portal.mcgm.gov.in before departure. - All passengers flying from Maharashtra airlines are free from the RT-PCR Test/Certificate.
Inside the State: - According to the provincial govt's most recent guidelines, there are no restrictions on intracity travel.
All travellers must have a COVID-19 negative test result from an RT-PCR test performed up to 48 hours before reaching Maharashtra.
All travellers should have a negative RT-PCR test performed within 48 hours of their landing. Travellers who arrive without a negative RT-PCR screening will get exposed to a quick antigen test at all terminals.
Thermal scanning at arrival and departure - All travellers will get exposed to 15 days of residential isolation, and those who test positive on arrival will get quarantined promptly.
20. Meghalaya:-
All incoming travellers will be subjected to a charged RT-PCR test if they do not have a negative blood test. COVID -19 report upon landing (no sooner than 72 hours before departure)
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport.
Quarantine:
10 days of quarantine for people who do not carry any concerned document (negative test reports or vaccination certificate) and are travelling by air whereas all people travelling by railways will be subject to a 14 days quarantine.
Exception for the above quarantines and instead a 28 days of home quarantine will be subjected to people: above 60 years, children and parents having child below 10 yrs., pregnant women, and accompanying spouse.
Passenger Obligation:
All passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their phone.
RT-PCR or CBNAAT or TrueNat negative reports conducted within 72 hours of arrival must be carried by the passengers.
23. Odhisa:-
Health Screening:
Mandatory Antigen for those who are above 55 years
Screening upon arrival for all passengers travelling by railways
Quarantine:
7 days home quarantine for those arriving without any negative report.
Exemption: those having COVID-19 negative test report not older than 72 hrs, taken COVID vaccine.
14 days institutional quarantine for passengers coming from West Bengal; with exemption of only 7 days quarantine to people who hold vaccine certificate or negative RT-PCR test.
Passenger Obligation:
All passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their phone.
Mandatory to carry RAT/ RT-PCR negative report or vaccination certificate for final dose which is obtained within 48 hours before arrival.
Interstate and intrastate bus services suspended till 17 June 2021.
24. Punjab:-
Health Screening:
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport and train station.
Quarantine:
14 days home quarantine for all asymptomatic passengers at airport and for all passengers at railway stations.
International Passenger:
Passengers to be tested by RAT kits in case of no RTPCR report
Home quarantine of 7 days
Passenger Obligation:
All passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their phone
Passengers must download COVA Punjab App before entering Punjab
All arriving passengers must carry negative RT-PCR report not older than 72 hrs from departure. Or, vaccination report (atlest one dose) over 2 weeks old.

25. Rajasthan:-
Health Screening:
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport
COVID test for all symptomatic passengers
Download the AarogyaSetu App before arrival.
Passengers are required to submit a Self-Health Declaration form on arrival.
Quarantine:
15 days quarantine for those arriving without test.
Passenger Obligation:
Symptomatic passengers shall be quarantined and will be taken to the nearest health facility.
Passengers without RT-PCR test can get the test done at the airport at arrival.
Passengers arriving to Udaipur have to upload their negative RT-PCR report here.
People can travel to/from airports/railway stations/bus terminals with a valid ticket through public
transport.
Travel facility will be available on showing tickets.
Test reports must not older than 72 hrs before arrival
All passengers must have AarogyaSetu app on their phone
Passengers arriving to Coimbatore must have Auto E-Pass and RT-PCR report not older than 72hrs.
This condition is not applicable for passengers arriving from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and

Restrictions removed from interstate and intrastate travel by road.

28. Tripura:-
Health Screening:
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport
Mandatory RAT for COVID-19 for those arriving from Maharashtra by air
Quarantine:
14 days quarantine only for symptomatic passengers.

Passengers arriving without RT-PCR test must undergo COVID test at the airport at their own expense.

29. Uttrakhand:-

Army and paramilitary personnel are required to undergo 10 days institutional quarantine
Exemptions from quarantine to: Government officials and employees; and passengers who bring negative Antigen/ True NAT/ CBNAAT/ RT-PCR test conducted 96 hours before arrival.

Officials of Uttrakhand must take COVID-19 test after 5 days of arrival

Restrictions lifted from intrastate travel.
Negative RT-PCR reports are required by people travelling by Rail and road from Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Punjab, Maharashtra, Delhi, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh; which is conducted 72 hours before arrival.
During random testing at the railway station, if any passenger is found positive, prevailing SOPs will be followed.
30. Uttar Pradesh:-
Health Screening:
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport.
Travelers are required to update AarogyaSetu app on their mobile phones.
Passengers arriving from Kerala and Maharashtra must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report
(issued within 72 hrs before arrival)
Random rapid antigen test is being conducted for arriving passengers.
Quarantine:
Passengers must undergo home quarantine for 14 days.
Passengers leaving UP within 7 days are not required to undergo quarantine.
Passenger Obligation:
The state government has eased the restrictions for the districts having cases less than 600.
States like Meerut, Lucknow, Varanasi, Ghaziabad, Muzaffarnagar, Bareilly, Saharanpur,
GauramBuddh Nagar, Jhansi, and Bulandshahr are under restrictions due to high number of COVID
cases.
All markets, private and public offices including shopping malls, markets, restaurants, and religious places will also be closed on Sunday.
Essential services will be exempted from the restrictions including Pharmacy shops and Hospitals.
Varanasi will be under complete lockdown on Saturday and Sunday.
People can travel to/from airports/railway stations/bus terminals with a valid ticket.
Travelers arriving from Kerala and Maharashtra must carry negative RT-PCR test report done within
last 72 hrs.
Passengers arriving to Lucknow without COVID negative test report will have to undergo rapid antigen
test on arrival without any chare.
Passengers arriving to Varanasi airport from Maharashtra and Kerala will have to undergo rapid
antigen test in case of not having RT-PCR test reports.
All passengers must download AarogyaSetu app.
Lucknow airport: Arriving passengers from all other states must carry a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test
report (issued within 72 hrs before arrival) or take COVID-19 test on arrival. Rapid Antigen test will be
performed free of cost. Whereas, RT-PCT test will cost Rs.900 per passenger.

31. West Bengal:-
Health Screening:
Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport and railway station.
All passengers must fill up declaration form using Sandhane App developed by H&FW Department
West Bengal.
Carrying RT-PCR negative test report is mandatory for passengers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerela,
Karnataka, Telangana, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh.
Quarantine:
14 days self-monitoring for all asymptomatic passengers.
Passengers arriving without RT PCR report must undergo 14 days institutional quarantine at their own
cost.
Passenger Obligation:
Passengers must carry RT-PCR report conducted within 72 hrs before flight departure.
Passengers carrying vaccination certificate and children are not exempted from Testing at airport. Only infants (0-24 months old) are exempted.
All passengers must submit a declaration form on Sandhane App.

Passengers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerela, Karnataka, Telangana, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat,
