Mela Bhuntar

The fair is held on the very 1st Ashad for a period of 3 days. What needs to be noticed here is that this fair was started by the Devta of the ilaqua whose name was Suraj Pal and from this particular day the use of food grains from the newly harvested crops starts as the cooked food offerings are made to the Gods.

Kullu Dusshera

How to reach Kullu?

By Air - The nearest airport is in Bhantar town which is about 10 km from Kullu and is known as the Kullu-Manali airport.

By Road -  One can reach by road from Delhi to Chandigarh and then travelling from NH21 highway. Kullu is about 512 km from Delhi.

By Train - It is difficult to reach Kullu by rail as large railheads are far from Kullu.
