Dehradun is the capital of the state of Uttarakhand and lies in the Garhwal region which is the prominent division of the state. Lachchiwalla: It is a less explored picnic destination which is full of lush greenery and natural beauty. It is less commercialized and thus give beautiful scenic views and pictures.
FRI: Forest Research Institute is spread over 4.5 kms in the city and has become quite popular after being filmed in many Bollywood films.
