Kashi Vishwanath Temple
The temple is situated on the river bank Ganga and known among the best temples devoted to the Lord Shiva. Built up in the centre of Varanasi, the sanctuary has religious beliefs associated with itself and the main spot for Hindu devotees.
Dashashwamedh Ghat history describes that Lord Brahma performed the Dashashwamedh sacrifice and this ghat is a religious destination where a number of religious traditions are followed. This is a quite famous destination and one can take appreciate the Ganga aarti here every evening.
Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple
The temple is sited on the river bank Assi and was constructed in 1960; the credit goes to Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya who supervised the construction of the temple. Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple is devoted to the Lord Rama and Hanuman.
The Assi Ghat is sited at the bank of two rivers Assi and Ganga; one can adore the large Shiva Lingam fixed under a peepal tree. It has the enormous spiritual significance as it is described in the Puranas and many legends too.
New Vishwanath Temple, BHU
The temple has its own religious importance as it is associated with the Lord Shiva where one can feel the presence as well as the power of God. Visiting this temple offers a chance to the devotees to offer prayers in the hands of the god.
