• General Terms and Conditions:

  • Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.
  • Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
  • A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
  • All transfers and sightseeing shall be provided as mentioned in Inclusions 
  • Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
  • Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail on your registered E mail address confirming your booking. However, if you would like to get in touch with we please call us on +91 9311669646. We are open from 09:30 am – 05:30pm, seven days a week
  • Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost)
  • Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you
  • Please note that Day at Leisure essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
  • Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule
  • No refunds will be made for any unutilized activity or sightseeing. 
  • Any request for change in sightseeing / Activity during the holiday will be subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included
  • Additional services purchased, has to be settled with the service provider directly.
  • Shopping would be on your own arrangements.
  • All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.
  • The images used in the holiday package on our website are for representational purpose only.
  • In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Adotrip shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
  • If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Adotrip reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
  • We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any holiday package without any prior notice

  Cancellation Policy:

  For customization packages without Flight:

  When a Cancellation is made	Charges
  Between 10 or more days from the date of departure	Service Charges + Actual Visa Charges (if processed) Applicable
  Between 09 days or below from the date of departure	100% of the holiday cost

   

  For Customization packages Inclusive of flights:

  When a Cancellation is made	Charges
  Prior to 46 days from the date of departure	Non-Refundable Booking Deposit
  Between 45 - 31 days from the date of departure	75% of the holiday cost
  Between 30 or below from the date of departure	100% of the holiday cost

   

  The services to be provided are booked several months in advance, cancellation of such services earmarked for a particular departure results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of cancellation to the Supplier. Therefore any cancellation of tour / services booked will attract cancellation charges as specified by the company. If you book a third party product or service, the Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy of such third party would be applicable in addition to the Company's Terms and Conditions. Any cancellation of tour / services has to be in writing clearly stating the reasons for cancellation. You expressly agree to the foregoing terms

  The company reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such an event, all monies paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in Indian Rupees currency only, but no compensation will be payable. The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company. 

  Notes:

  1. The above is a general cancellation policy and the same is subject to change depending on the travel date, the destination, the package and the services booked and paid for.

  2. For Dynamic properties and Reconfirmed Bookings, the above Cancellation may not be applicable and could vary.

   

  Payment Policy

  For customization packages without Flights:

  Payment Procedure Minimum Per Person Payment to be made by the client*	Charges
  At the time of booking	INR 5,000/- per person
  Within 31 - 45 days prior to the date of departure	75% of the holiday cost
  Less than 30 & below from the date of departure	100% of the holiday cost

   

  For customization packages inclusive of Flights:

  Payment Procedure Minimum Per Person Payment to be made by the client*	Charges
  At the time of booking	Full Payments towards Air Tickets + Defined Minimum Booking Deposit / 10% Payment Towards Land Package
  Within 31 - 45 days prior to the date of departure	75% of the holiday cost
  Less than 30 & below from the date of departure	100% of the holiday cost

   

  Notes:

  *For Non-refundable & time-limit itineraries 100% payment is required to confirm a booking.

  All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below

  *For Air tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full INR component will be collected before issuance, else price will be subject to change.

  *Initial booking deposit will be collected as per the amount mentioned or the Package Price whichever is lower

  Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above. In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour/booking of the client with subsequent loss of deposit and apply and recover the cancellation charges as mentioned herein
