On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), you will be first introduced with our friendly officials. After completing the greeting process, you will be driven towards Lava, a scenic hamlet in the Kalimpong district of West Bengal quite popular among tourists for picnicking, trekking and birds watching activities. Surrounded by Mountains, Alpine, Pine, and Birch trees the route towards Lava is quite scenic. So, after covering approximately 120 km, you will finally reach Lava. Now, check into your homestay and fresh yourself up. You are completely free for the day to relax or stroll into the nearby places. Visit Lava Monastery to get a breathtaking view of the adjacent mountain. Finally, have a delicious dinner and stay overnight in the homestay at Lava.
Have your breakfast while listening to the melodious chirping of the Himalayan birds. Check out from your homestay as you will be transferred to Kolakham today. During your journey towards Kolakham, stop at Neora Valley National Park, the natural habitat of Red Panda and many other unique wild animals. The inaccessible hilly terrain, the rich flora, and fauna make it a fascinating paradise for nature and wildlife photography lovers. Experience the natural forests, dense bamboo groves, colorful canopy of Rhododendron trees, lush green valleys, meandering rivers and streams with snowcapped mount Kanchenjunga in the backdrop form this magnificent park.
Resume your journey towards Kolakham again and after covering approximately 6 km, you will finally reach this small picturesque village quite popular for offering a breathtaking view of Mount Kanchenjunga. So, finally after reaching Kolakham, check into your homestay and take rest. Overnight stay at Kolakham.
Wake up early while hearing the melodious chirping of Himalayan birds and enjoy a marvelous sunrise from the snow-capped Mount Kanchenjunga. After having your breakfast now, it is time to visit Changey Falls, a mesmerizing waterfall and also one of the highest altitude waterfalls in the entire North Bengal. It is a hidden treasure amidst the hills and forests where you can see shimmering crystal clear falling water. Moreover, the melodious chirping of amazing Himalayan Birds like Grey Treepie, Indian Robin, Blue Whistling Thrush, White Capped Water Redstart, Verditer Flycatcher, Niltava, Blue Fronted Redstart, etc add more charm to this mesmerizing place.
After spending some quality time amidst the lap of nature and tranquility, now return back to your homestay while witnessing a magnificent sunset behind the mountains. Have a delicious dinner and spend the night here at Kolakham.

After enjoying the breakfast, check out from the homestay and start a fascinating journey towards Aritar, a scenic hamlet located in the East Sikkim. It is popularly known for its rich history and fascinating landscape. Cover more than 53 km by road and you will finally reach Aritar. After reaching Aritar, first, you will visit Aritar Gumpa, a magnificent Buddhist monastery known for its splendid ancient architecture. Moreover, you can also see many paintings, murals, and artifacts nicely drawn and preserved here. Later, visit Mankim Temple also known as Rai Temple which is situated on the hilltop of Mankhim. Enjoy a panoramic view of the valley and Mount Kanchenjunga. After visiting and discovering all these sightseeing places proceed towards your homestay. Now, have some rest after checking into your homestay. Finally, overnight stay at Aritar.
On day 5 of your Silk Route Tour, you will be transferred to Reshikhola. After having a relaxed breakfast while listening to the melodious chirping of various Himalayan birds, get ready to be transferred to Reshikhola. Another magnificent riverside hamlet just 37 km away from Kalimpong. The name of this tiny place comes from the name of the Reshi River which flows along with this hamlet. Finally, after covering more than 14 km, you will reach this tiny place. Now, check into your homestay and have some rest after being fresh. Now, you are completely free for the day.
Visit the shimmering Reshi River and drown yourself in the sound of gushing water. Watch various Himalayan birds flying here and there while making various unique sounds. Moreover, you can even indulge yourself in trekking activities if you want. Finally having a delicious dinner overnight stay at Reshikhola.
Your Silk Route Tour will come to an end on day 6. So, have an early morning breakfast, pack your bags and then proceed towards NJP/ Bagdogra Airport. The journey is going to be quite scenic as the road goes through the dense alpine forests. Finally, after reaching NJP/ Bagdogra Airport, bid adieu to this memorable Silk Route Tour with lots of sweet memories.

The services to be provided are booked several months in advance, cancellation of such services earmarked for a particular departure results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of cancellation to the Supplier. Therefore any cancellation of tour / services booked will attract cancellation charges as specified by the company. If you book a third party product or service, the Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy of such third party would be applicable in addition to the Company's Terms and Conditions. Any cancellation of tour / services has to be in writing clearly stating the reasons for cancellation. You expressly agree to the foregoing terms
The company reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such an event, all monies paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in Indian Rupees currency only, but no compensation will be payable. The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.

*For Non-refundable & time-limit itineraries 100% payment is required to confirm a booking.
All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below
*For Air tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full INR component will be collected before issuance, else price will be subject to change.
*Initial booking deposit will be collected as per the amount mentioned or the Package Price whichever is lower
Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above. In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour/booking of the client with subsequent loss of deposit and apply and recover the cancellation charges as mentioned herein
